My workshops called “The Women’s Circle” are based on Tantric wisdom and are all about women. The aim is to find a way to connect with our divine feminine energy and that of the women around us, in a patriarchal world.

Women have taken on so many roles. We are wives, mothers, partners, organizers, administrators, artists, teachers, directors and so much more.

We are managing and handling so many things at the same time and, in many of us, our masculine energy has become so much stronger and our feminine energy has done the opposite. In my workshops, I use tools such as mediation, pranayama and dance (expression through movement) to connect with our first four chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus and heart chakra).

It is through this work with the chakras that we connect with our womanhood, our female power that resides in each and everyone of us.
